pvp aspect of the game

The opponent cannot cheat on defense.  Are you having problems in Squad Arena, TB or Conquest? Also, post your swgoh.gg info and what teams you are using. It may be your mods

im not sure how to post my info here, if someone could help me, id be glad to share who im using, etc... maybe that will help me figure out what is going wrong... and thanks 

Yeah, definitely the mods or team compositions. Thread needs more info.

Power is a meaningless stat. Synergy/team composition and mods matter more often then just putting 5 random characters in a team. Also, there's a lot of early teams that have tm gain like Phoenix and troopers that can roll a lot of teams. 

Share your ally code or swgoh.gg page would be a start

i dont know how to find an allycode, im not trolling you, im brand new to the game, not even a month old yet... i honestly dont know what to do... 

Go to the home screen in the game. Click on your name (located in the upper left hand corner). At the bottom of that screen, you’ll find your ally code. It is a 9 digit number

It looks like you are extremely green. Is it correct that you currently only have 3 characters unlocked and they are all still level 1?

The website, https://swgoh.gg/ is an excellent resource. The link above provides information on the account with the ally code you provided. If it is an accurate representation of progress, then you need to get through a lot of the PVE combat nodes to level yourself up and to also get training droids to level up your characters. Level them up as much as you can and then place as much gear on them as you can.
