QOL Suggestion - Fleet mod management

This one is a simple QOL idea, far far simpler than a full rework.

In the fleet screen if I pick a ship in one of my fleets the left and right arrows take me to the previous and next ships respectively. Current state is that if I click a ship to see the crew, select a crew member to see their mods, and then press left or right, I start to move through the unfiltered character order.

My QOL suggestion is that having reached a character screen through fleets that pressing left and right arrow advances through the other characters in that fleet only. This would be consistent with how squads work, which also seems to be a good UI principle of consistency of expectations.
