Question about Platoon Squad and Deployments Update Post

At the end it says: "The last three vertical slices will pull from all available units in the game, with the caveat that any previously excluded units will continue to be excluded." Does this mean ...

CG keeps saying they are listening to what people are talking/complaining and then they do this. That's the exactly opposite. Who cares if you make the 3 first phases static, Those aren't the problems,
