As much as I like those as a SW fan, I don't think they belong in this game.

He has a point - more with regards to C3P0 and BB8 though. R2D2 does have some small amount of offensive capabilities but I'd expect him to be an almost exclusively support droid - something like his basic being a stun and his other abilities being buff/debuff moves.
