Until you unlock the journey guide ships, they will only show if you open the Journey guide and enter the event on the date stated it will run. You can check the event calendar for that - but you will see Raddus listed. It also tells you a few days in advance in the Journey guide. Once you’ve unlocked a ship, the event automatically pops up in your events - but not before it’s unlocked.
So it’s unlikely you’re bugged, but maybe you need to look in Journey Guide
