Raid cooldowns

Why does devour sometimes get used 2 turns before it's actually supposed to be available. IT SAYS IT RIGHT THERE! 2 TURNS AWAY and yet I still get the chomp chomps. This too for enrage in AAT raids. 2 is nothing specific for devour as it's been used at like 4 away before. But I know next turn all my toons will die when enrage cooldown says 2 in the tank phases. Good thing I'm an early bird prefighter. If I wasn't Id get screwed over since my Zader squad does solos. And I have to restart this (I was almost done in phase 3!!!) But instead the game malfunctions and I don't get why :\
