why not actually talk about the format. not everyone is going to know what you are actually talking about.

@Kyno here you go: It is a branch format with, depending on how many people join and which tier raid you choose depends on how many people can join. In each branch raid teams get harder and harder as you progress through the raid with several boss battles and the last battle being the hardest boss battle. Each player depending on which way they want to go they can attack the same boss battles until cleared to move to the next battle. It is really an awesome way to utilize different teams as you strategies with your guild to beat the raid. And it's not something that just one person can clear alone, like the tank or rancor. You actually need the entire guild to participate and complete the raid in the given time frame.
