Raid Lockout?

So we just had a failed merger happen, and our guys are just back in our old guild... It seems hard to find a concrete answer on this through googling. Is there a time lockout on getting rewards...

I had heard something about being locked out of getting rewards for any raid being launched up to 24 hours after joining a guild.
