Raid rewards for solo
Being able to solo Rancor on auto and getting out of top 10 is insane. Devs, just add a bonus rewards for soloing the rancor!

Rancor needs reduced TMR. Doesn't kill people working their way up and keeps it somewhat relevant for the larger guilds, meaning it takes a tad of effort instead of just select squad, auto and watch TV.
