Raid rewards issue

Hi all. Got my latest HSTR rewards this morning. Then they vanished.
No traya shards or gear etc.
just inquiring where I go to contact the proper channels to have it resolved?
Any help would be awesome

    Were you removed from the guild, or did you leave before claiming your rewards? I heard that if you get raid rewards and then leave the guild for whatever reason before claiming them, they'll disappear. Some people said it also goes for TW and TB, but I can't confirm this myself.
