if you have the rc at 7 stars why would you need the lsb? 

The datamine if you read it doesnt state it gives you bam it will r5 and lvl him up to 85 and apply most of the abilities there will be a din jarin LSB which will allow you to unlock Bam. 

Are the Lightspeed bundles available in the app or only on webstore? 

Yes, this needs fixed. I want my R5 BAM. 

it's pretty clear for people that have unlocked him and not done much with him since they have no one to go with him, yet plus he's needed for ROTE platoons and he will buff RC when people unlock Executor like I will on 15th

You’re wrong though. The LSB for RC does explicitly state that it gives you BAM at r5 to “compliment the vessel”. It’s either a very dumb business choice that is gonna cost them thousands or its a mistake. It seems the latter

I've got 7* and still can't get it

This us definitely a mistake as I have BAM at 7* as I got the pack yesterday 2 unlock him and I still can't get it

i got Bam upgrade LSB i had him at 7 stars and razor was at 65/100..

CG, please change the restriction from "Eligible when BAM<R5 AND RC<7*" to "Eligible when BAM<R5 OR RC<7*".
Simple coding.
