I must have spent several thousand crystals on datacrons rerolls and refreshes

. A simple reimbursement is unacceptable. I’m out of pocket thousands of crystal and re rolls on my end, not to mention the actual crons you’ve taken from me, which aren’t cheap to farm either.

We are now getting back to back blunders from CG and I feel they’re only getting worse. What has happened in their management or staff that has caused these consisted bugs and complete and utter lack of good judgement in customer relations.
