That would have certainly made sense. IF we do not have the following problems:

1. Levels: To make any character out of my 'main team' viable, they need to be at least around the same level. However... it costs (1,011,750 credits) to get them from level 1 to level 58
2. Gear: I have exactly 24 characters to choose from (it's a huge variety), and balancing changes / bugs made everywhere, I can't decide who to invest on. (it cost 1mil and lots of gear farming)
3. Ability levels: They make a huge difference, mats are very limited currently, and once again, with all the balancing and bugged skills, can't decide who to invest on!

To sum it up, since Galactic War opponents are chosen based on your PVP team, which is inevitably your 'best team', you are fighting opponents equally strong if not stronger than them, you actually need characters with all 3 requirements fulfilled to put up a decent fight... And progression only stops at 60, even then, level 1 to 60 probably cost 1.5m credits? All level 6 skills requires 2-3 weeks worth of ability mats? Gear VII at least requires god knows how much energy to farm it and weeks of challenge runs? All these... and you don't know if that character you are investing on might be reduced to shambles by bugs or balancing attempts in patches... 

In fact, the only character I have any faith in, that won't be 'reduced to shambles' are Darth Sidious and Jedi Consular. (For reasons, one does not simply make the emperor weak, and the nameless jedi consular is stronger than 'named' jedi like mace windu)

The Galactic War has major changes but I don't get it how it chooses your opponents. I got enemies ranging from level 30 - 58 earlier but not in a progressive manner. It seems to fluctuate randomly. How about you guys?

I used to be able to get a mixture of levels like you've said... But now it's just been teams that are higher level and I don't make it passed the 2nd or 3rd battle.

It's a major bs thing it's garbage
