Re: Got the update but still no temple guard DC

On June 4, at 4:30AM, I purchased the Ascension of the Temple Guardian Cascade Set inside the game for 5.65 euros. The payment was made with a Revolut card. So far, there are three problems:
1. The purchase has not been delivered.
2. I cannot make further purchases in this cascade set.
3. I can't make any purchases in the game. An error message appears stating "The transaction is suspended. Another transaction is being processed" (screenshot in attachment).

There are 2 days left until the completion of the sale of another cascade set. And 5 days until the completion of the cascade recruitment of the temple guard. Help!!! I want to buy these kits!!!

I contacted EA HELP on 05.06 (case #212907495). No one answers.
