All I know is I’ve seen 3 people quit in the last few days. Another is on the brink. People I’ve played this game with for years and spent a lot of money are now gone. Dretzle tried to give solid advice and was edited and buried in another place. I think better communication is badly needed.
It seems like this game is disorganized and reactive instead of proactive. That might not be the case but perception is reality. I want to see it succeed and if things stay as is then it’s not going to. This QOL update really needs to reel all this negativity back in and sooner than later in my opinion. I hope someone listens. I understand the need to make money but the way characters are released now, this is the first time I’ve not purchased the $10 pack for a new toon. Forcing us to buy those other packs to get to the next star on top of the $10 is ultimately going to cost the company money I bet.
