EA and CG, what the hell is going on with you guys!?
I've been trying to purchase the Darth Malgus LSB for 6 days now, but your webstore is still glitching out whenever I click on the green Buy Now button, giving me that R2D2 popup that says "Ooops! Something went wrong. Please, try again." The LSB disappears for a while, but comes back after waiting for a bit, but whenever I go to buy it again, the error repeats ad infinitum.
I purchased the C-3PO, Shadows of the Empire, R2D2, and the Leia's Rebel Renegade LSBs, as well as the Episode Pass released today, with no issues whatsoever.
I've posted on here several times regarding this Darth Malgus LSB issue, and I've read many other players' posts having the same issue with this LSB, and other issues these last several days, and nobody is hearing anything, and the issues still persist.
The Darth Malgus LSB issue is still not fixed, and this LSB offer expires in 3 hours. I've heard absolutely nothing from either EA or CG.
What the hell is wrong with you guys!? Do you even care about your customers' issues!? Particularly paying customers!? I've never seen this level of careless disregard for customers from a gaming company and a game publisher; you take the goddamn cake on this one. Goddamn frustrating! You're pushing your customers away!
Show me some good will, either fix the issue in time for me to purchase the Darth Malgus LSB, or better yet gift it to me for my troubles these last 6 days.
