Release Red Five!

We know that Red Five was almost released a year and a half ago, but now here we are with Profundity distant 3rd tier in the fleet meta.  

I figured with Punishing One being released, it was a way to make sure the Executor wasn't totally left in the dust but now the Profundity is sad and needs some lovin'.

Release Red Five so we can get the Rebels the boost they need in Fleet Arena!
