Remove 400% turn meter feat

Can anyone recommend a good team for this please? I'd like to do well in 1 feat as I can only get to Tier 6 with my Rebel Fighters & I'm not paying for the other 2 feats. Thanks.

I did t8 with this. Tank tech on JML and weapon tech on Gideon

    THIS IS THE WAY...however you can sub out JML for JMK since I didn't have the former
