Chirrut was actually a Jedi Temple Guardian, so maybe his uniques should say 'Jedi Only' if you want to take that route.
I think he's not really worth complaining about anymore at this point. Let's just hope the other factions get as good a healer at some point. Jedi have Zarriss, but that's about the only comparable one.
