*RESOLVED* (my mistake)

Regarding OP comments about balancing, people obviously have different opinions on what is and isn't balanced but I think most people (and the devs - although can't speak for them obviously) only consider a team/character unbalanced if the only way to beat it is with a mirror match. That obviously makes more things seem unbalanced early game (first year or two) when you don't have many options for teams to use and don't have the "right" counter developed yet. Having it set up this way is obviously best for the devs as it means there's basically always another team you need to develop and you can't get away with just working on one team to max out that can beat everything in the game that's available to you at your current point of progression.
