And is that an issue? A character is not supposed to be able to counter everything. Just because he can't beat a BH team consistently, or a Jedi team doesn't mean he needs a rework.
you could use characters like jkr and dr to counter gls. but he should counter cls. he can't beat padme or previous with bb8
