I would make RG's taunt whenever EP shocks a unit - AND when RG is present EP gains 100% counter attack....RG and EP both assist on each other's turns and RG's basic also dispels buffs. This way ten up gets debuffed and EP has a chance to shock a unit and proc RG's taunt after being attacked. They should have a more offensive / risky synergy than something similar to Chaze.
