Rework Vader to be comparable to CLS

It's silly to have CLS so much more powerful than some of the most powerful baddies in the Star Wars universe. Vader needs a rework (another zeta) and so does Palpatine. Give some love to two characte...

CLS was a whiny kitten in the movies who got his kitten handed to him all the time during ESB (he did blow up an AT-AT, but otherwise kitten).
