It's lame. I'm a long time day one guppy, easily got BB8, and have managed to get all the events the first go - but it's too much. I'll probably have the vets 7* a couple weeks after the event and then... they'll sit there for 6 months..... waiting.
And not only are we getting Rey, be sure you'll have a new and revised TW, coming to a guild near you, where you can use your new Rey in the new and updated platoons! Weeeeeee. It'll be great that all the work and money you put into getting her will... mean you hit deploy and don't actually use her. 'grats. ::balloons::
