Rigorous work!

Lately we seen a lot of slack in your team's work.

Amongst them, and just to name a few, we had multiple delay on Road Ahead, radio silence on Finn's zeta, updates without patch notes and lately, territory war announcements with bonuses that don't show in game.

We are confused by the lack of seriousness in your work. It clearly shows leadership is lacking in your office to keep a steady and rigorous gameplan. If you make a promise, you have to keep it.

The lack of communication we saw in the past is resurfacing again, yesterday I cycled through forums and on 5 pages of general discussion, none were answered by Devs except previous sticky announcements.

I wonder if you guys are just letting go the game and moving on to another project as I tought this game wasn't dead and still had shiny years to come. Now I doubt if I should still invest time/money in it and I know we are a majority of invested players beginning to think the same.

The issue we are all taking with OP is this.

    Your complaints are pitiful.

    Handled 1 by 1.

Delay on Road Ahead: the Road Ahead tells us nothing as fact and only gives us a general idea of what they hope to release in that time. The fact it's late doesn't affect us in any measurable way.

"Radio Silence" on Finn: on January 11 they addressed this (so not "silence") and said the fix they tested for a week wasn't addressing the issue properly. They said they'd let us know when they had a new fix they thought would work. It's been 2 weeks yes, but big changes take Alot of time and there's simply NO REASON for them to tell us "we are still looking at multiple fixes". Why inform us that there is no news yet? That's stupid.

Updates without patch notes: this one is simply false. This was the update and these were the patch notes (linked below). If any other "update" happened then they were just laying coding groundwork for new events/content that has no impact on our game. Hence, pointless to give us "updates"

Territory War: on January 24 they posted that the TW on the 28th of January would be "vanilla" which he States as "no bonuses or anything"
On Jan 25 he posted that TW on J/31 and F/10 would have bonuses listed. So no lie, and no miscommunication.

Devs commenting: would you genuinely rather DEVELOPERS spend their time sifting through the forums or Doing their Jobs and developing this game? They are under NO obligation to respond to angry people on forums. None. There is also no point for them to respond, as it will actually solve almost no issue at all.

Finally - Letting the game die:. They've released a Ton of new content in the last 6 months. It's not their fault that you don't care about Kotor or Chewie and BH or Grand Arena. That's a ton of Brand New content. Many games may only get that kind of content once a year, but we get new stuff every couple months. This is simply asinine foolishness.

If you had legitimate complaints I wouldnt have a problem with this, but this is pitiful man.

That's exactly what I meant. The lack of consistency reflected in their late communications make it frustrating for some while some others like me worries it's taking the wrong turn. I like this game, I just hoped there would be better communications. What I depicted is exactly as it is, whichever fantasy you chose to believe in to cover it up. Your choice.
  • hmmm, I guess the devs were up to something and not letting the game die. Shocker...

If they felt they needed to talk about a 5 year plan it might just be because what I highlighted here was a concern of many. I've read it countless times on the forum and the support I received here shows it too. You might not agree and I respect that. You should learn to respect other people opinion as well. Being rude towards other forum members isn't a constructive way of showing your disagreement. When you will grow up you will understand this. Have a good one
