Saving game before u do updates
This is /was furball . I did an iOS update and my game standings vanished. Make sure you connect to Game Center or Facebook or both !

Even on iOS you can have a Guest account.
OP, is this a new device or just an update to the OS?
Can you try closing swgoh, log out from your Game Center, then open up the swgoh app again?
