Scout Trooper Kit Idea

Here is the kit idea for the Scout Trooper:



Unit Name: Scout Trooper
Tags: Dark Side, Support (AGI), Empire, Imperial Remnant, Imperial Troopers
Description: Precise Imperial Trooper Support that Marks enemies, and dispels their buffs.
Relic: 74-Z Speeder Bike

Basic: EC-17 Blaster Pistol (Omega):
Spoiler
Deal special damage to target enemy. If they are debuffed, this attack ignores Protection.
Animation: Scout Trooper fires at target enemy with his blaster pistol.

Special: Recon Mission (Cooldown 4) (Zeta):
Spoiler
Deal special damage to all enemies and dispel their buffs. Then, Scout Trooper gains 10% Turn Meter for each buff dispelled from the target enemy. This attack can't be evaded or resisted.
-Zeta: All Imperial Trooper allies gain 10% Turn Meter for each buff dispelled from the target as well.
Animation: Scout Trooper gets on a speeder bike and fires at the enemy squad.

Special: Expert Marksman (Cooldown 3) (Omega):
Spoiler
Inflict Marked on the target enemy for 2 turns, then call all Imperial Trooper allies to assist. Then, grant all Imperial Trooper allies 5% Turn Meter for each debuff on the target enemy. Imperial Remnant allies gain Offense Up for 2 turns as well.
Animation: Scout Trooper looks at target enemy through his electro-binoculars, then calls all Imperial Trooper allies to assist.

Unique: Imperial Scout (Omega):

Scout Trooper has +7 Speed for each Imperial Trooper ally, and his attacks cannot be evaded by debuffed enemies. At the start of each of Scout Trooper's turns, he inflicts Evasion Down for 1 turn on a random enemy that doesn't have Evasion Down. If all enemies have Evasion Down, Scout Trooper gains 10% Turn Meter instead.

    Well, Vader gains 8 Speed for each Empire and Sith ally, and Rebel and Jedi enemy. So not too OP. At max, it’s only +28 Speed. Vader can gain +40 Speed with EP and 3 other Empire/Sith allies. Then he gains more speed from Rebel and Jedi enemies. But thank you for evaluating.

    Let's say the target has 5 buffs, scout uses his 1st special, and boom all Imp Troops gain 50% TM, same with the 2nd special, but with debuffs, the 1st speed bonus on unique isn't too bad, but the 2nd one is just another TM gain


    IT allies never gained TM from the first special, they just gain buffs. I will fix the TM gain in the unique and the second special though.
    Edit: Reduced the TM gain in both the second special and the unique.

    Ah, yes. That I forgot, Veers lead gives TM when they gain buffs. However, it’s not game-breaking, really, and could help ITs. And since it’s on a 4-turn cooldown, and through a zeta, I think that it would be fine.

    They already can destroy a GL...


    Fair...but given the conditions of the ability, I think that it would be fine. I’ll just tone the ability down a bit.

    Changed the ability to deal with the OP TM gain.
