I've had arena fights where it's my SF v 2 other toons and (depending who they are) he'll win, his health steal is insane so you'll want to mod his health as much as you can mate. Think of it this way, if his protection is gone and people attack him, he'll likely counter and top his health up, which is pretty powerful lol. But yeah, speed and health, and I'd also say tenacity as he's easy to stun mate.
And agree re QGJ, pretty much only use him for GW now (though the new raid will likely change that).
