IG-100 was the first character i maxed everything on... his speed is horrendous so the tm gain he gets from his aoe is NOT OP... it simply guarantees he will follow up his aoe with another basic. And that can only happen once every 3 rounds.
The TM gain on IG 100 is not OP. But you have it coming from so many different areas which is unnecessary. Take off the 25 from evade and that's good enough
