Setting Defense

How is it not an exploit to only set one team in each zone if we don't get points for teams not set? If I set a full roster and my opponent doesn't I automatically lose? Seem kind of horse sh** to me.

You get the points once you clear the zone.

It is equine excrement though, because some people can set one team only that their opponent can’t beat and they win. That’s not right.

It’s not ****. If you couldn’t clear the last squad before then you didn’t get the zone clear points. Literally nothing has changed. You get full banners for each empty squad slot as if you had fought those squads. There is no benefit to leaving defenses empty.

I think that’s the expectation, but right now there’s a bug that causes you to only get points for “beating” empty defenses if you clear that territory. As of now, if you set a single GL in a territory that your opponent can’t beat then your opponent gets 0 points despite you only setting 1 squad. That is the part that is horse excrement and hopefully gets fixed soon.
