Shard Chats = cheating
When are the game developers going to do something about the PVP cheating rings (aka shard chats)?

Depends on what the group actually does. Just informing others about payout times and avoiding the guys in your payout slot/the ones immediately after your payout is ok. If the group is open to new members it is ok. If the group collectively target other players to teach them how to behave it is not ok.
