When are the game developers going to do something about the PVP cheating rings (aka shard chats)?

The very fact we brought you in when we could have locked you out but still tried to help you shows our real motiviation which is for everyone to achieve the max crystals with in effort.
I locked and protected you so many times and my other fleet mates not in my PO because we play as a team.
You were in chat for many weeks and knew the rules but just didnt care for anyone but yourself.
You bumped your PO mates more than once<< that alone sir was out of order!!!
We love not having you in fleet chat as you were a nightmare and super rude as you would tell people to f**k off that not a woopsie on english ;-);
You admit you tried to turn fleet against me...dude are you crazy you were welcomed into a great fun freindly group to be helped and you try to hurt the fleet chat.
All of fleet chat thought you were an idiot thats why I took the bullet and removed you so you would focus on me.
You need to seek help and find some honest way examine you behavior and motivations.
Its never too late to grow as a person chap.
