Nope, nothing about shard chats. How are you placed into an arena shard - based on time of joining the game or based on time of unlocking arena?

At the time you unlock arena i believe, i have seen posts with people complaining about people smurfing this by making a second account, having that account join their guild and having bastilla teams and raid toon teams within very few levels of 25 (arena unlock)
