Shard shop revamp
You could totally revamp the shard by allowing players to the trade in toons for shard tokens. For say 20% of the value. For example if you have a 7* toon(330 shards) you could trade in for 66 shar...

Interesting idea but then people would just trade in easily farmable toons for less farmable ones e.g. cantina store toons for single hard node toons. I'm not sure CG or anyone who took the time to farm the hard toons would want that.
