Ship challenge new tier iv is missing

The latest update made a new Tier IV to the daily ship challenges that now require 6 star ships. The first two days after the update, I did not have this Tier available to me, meaning I did not have available the new top tier rewards. Today, I finally had the new Tier IV available for building materials. I did Tier IV requiring 6 star ships and got one star. However, on my second attempt, the new tier was gone again, Tier IV required 5 star ships again, and did not have the best rewards available. But the multi-sim button was now shaded out.  So to do the “old” Tier IV, I had to enter the battle to get to the next sim button. The game clearly thought there was a tier that I had not yet 3 starred, but it was just not there. This is now, what, 3 days in a row that I have missed out on top tier rewards.
