Ship max speeds: Zeta and G12 needs
Made using the excellent ship speed calculator by CrouchingRancor, here's a summary chart for the highest tier:

For all ships, what's their max speed, their "base" speed when they turn G12, and each increment for each G12 piece of gear and Zeta in between.
Highlighted cells are what you need to get to the max speed of the ship (i.e. any gear or zeta after that won't add speed).
Note that each gear and zeta adds a tiny bit less than 1 speed for ships with 1 pilot, 0.5 speed for ships with 2, and 0.33 for ships with 3.
