Shops not changing items just timer?
Guild, Shard Shop, TW/TB shop did not change items at payout, but the timer reset?

Probably. But your question was about a five hour reset. Normally it's 6 hours. Yours looks like seven hours. Put in a ticket at Answers HQ.
