Shops not changing items just timer?

same today, previously bought items still greyed out.

You need to reboot, restart, uninstall, something. You seem to be the only one. My stores have refreshed normally every reset since your OP.

Nope. All stores except fleet: 6am, 12pm, 6pm, 12am (6 hour gaps). Fleet 12pm, 6pm, 9pm.

Some adjustment an hour either side depending on DST fun.

Probably. But your question was about a five hour reset. Normally it's 6 hours. Yours looks like seven hours. Put in a ticket at Answers HQ.

Edit: ignore all of what I just said. Nope 5 hours 36 would take it to 6pm, so that's right.
