Short delays

I cant tell when it started happening but for some time now im experiencing short delays, meaning for example in battles i tap on an ability but it doesnt register immediatly, but after 10-15s...nothi...

That happened my LG-G4 but hasn't happened my G5

Also, it took my G4 a very long time to log in towards the end of that phone's life

Explain how coliseums are supposed to be fun when you're cruising along, got 5 toons up 3/4 or more protection, full health bar, 5 levels higher than the coliseum foe, I'm thinking I'm doing well.......
