Well you're wrong. Over a determined period of time, top 3 are of course, the best rewards.
To the OP: It's up to you and your guild if you want the same people getting top3 or not.
How is he wrong? He stated that's what he's seen. Doesn't mean it's the same across the board. Yes, over time top 3 should get better rewards, but due to RNG that may not always be the case.
