Shouldn't Vader = CLS counter

I mean Vader did absolutely destroy this version of Luke in ESB right? He just toyed with the kid. So given that shouldn't Vader get a rework and be the ultimate CLS counter?? Darkside needs some ...

Yeah, but this version of Luke destroyed Vader in ROTJ so they're even imo.

Well it's unclear! Vader may have held back because of his son! And how about the Emperor, huh?

Yeah the Emperor had him, but Luke wasn't even fighting back, he'd thrown away his lightsaber. Vader knew Luke was his son in ESB as well, so that argument doesn't wash.

Vader had other plans for Luke! He didn't want to kill him but turn him over to the Dark Side so together they can overthrow the Emperor and that's why he held back!
