I don’t understand the complaints that this is all about making max money. It doesn’t target immediate whale spending, because most whales will already have these characters geared or be close enough. It doesn’t entice F2P to try and become spenders, because many won’t be eligible because they didn’t get both Revans or plan/hoard so well that they are already within range anyway. It really only targets the light spenders IMO.
