No, it's not clear! The list on the char screen clearly states "attack & abilities" which means there's distinction between the two, and I want clarification on which ones are attack and which ones are abilities.
If it was all the same, then why not just say that Traya gains BOW with every attack?
It is clear, all abilities are abilities(heals, buffs) and all attacks are abilities, but not all abilities are attacks. If its easier think of it as every action will trigger BOW. If you buff it triggers, if you basic attack it triggers, if you special attack it triggers, if you attack with someone who does multiple attacks(han solo basic double tap) it triggers for each attack.
You are being pretty obtuse about the wording which is correct as it is so Im not sure what your beef is here.
All actions are abilities.
