Sith raid stacking tenacity

The darkness in which all life dies gives nihilus 50% tenacity every time he is hit. The question is does it cap out at 100% or does it keep stacking above that? If it keeps stacking(i.e. to 200%, ...

chance to resist = (tenacity - potency). Chance to resist can't come less than 15%.
Tenacity up is 999900% tenacity so no reason boss can't stack up to numbers like that.
