Skill rating for wins/losses in GA

Question

Does anyone know how skill rating is affected based on your win rate? Obviously 3/0 goes up and 0/3 goes down, assuming 2/1 is up but less and 1/2 is down but less, but is the change in skill rating constant and what is it? I am trying to predict where I’ll be and what I need to do to ensure I make it to Kyber.

So this round I only got +36 skill rating for going 3/0, I feel like that is low, does anyone else have other numbers to compare to?

Just check swgoh.gg. There you can see everyone's skill rating history by days.
