think this way:you might have unlocked him only at 5-6 stars, but you have a piece of mind you actually got gas and can gear other teams or incoming new op characters from the movie.
yes you won't use him for months, but you can hoard your resources on other things and not getting nervous if you should g13 droideka or no for the next event... people forget that star is one thing, but you have to use mk5 stunguns/kyro thing as well...
