If it is you have several options:
1. Zader lead, Tarkin, Palpatine, Thrawn +1
You have the 5 phoenix at 7* which are required for promoting your Thrawn to 7*.
2. Unlock CL and build him up to solo the whole thing. You already have the 5 characters needed to unlock CLS.
