spaceship arena mafia
I'm tired of not being able to climb high positions in the spaceship arena because of this mafia, only they have the right to be there, whoever tries to climb is easily thrown away

Unless the shard is locked in - which do exist. Some are made expressly to exclude people from membership to control the payout, some are made to balance the payouts so people don't knock each other out at the wrong time. Hope yours is the good one.
Have you tried reaching out to them? They probably have a discord channel set up where payouts get coordinated between those who are on the channel.
You can find them by looking at their guild in-game. And then going to SWGOH.GG and looking at the guild's roster, and then find the player you're looking for. You'll get their ally code, which you can then message in-game... "Hey, is there a discord channel for our fleet shard?"
You might have to try 2-3 people, just in case. Make a little effort, and I (hope) that you'll see the reward. My fleet shard do great with working with one another (on the discord channel) to make sure payouts happen without disruption.
