Speculation for New Galactic Legends Unlock Requirements

With the new Galactic Legends characters of Rey and Kylo Ren being announced the question is... exactly how will they be unlocked? At the moment we have multiple "event" type characters out there. ...

That's gonna be first legendary Marquees, lol)))
I think both Hux and Sith Trooper are gonna be requirements and both are gonna be Marquee characters.
And with Journey Guide you can unlock characters whenever you have all required 7*
