Flesh Peeling special cd: 4 Deal physical damage to target enemy and dispel all buffs (dispel is applied before damage) Then place all dispelled buffs on a random empire ally.
Victim Analysis unique Enemies with health immunity have -30% tenacity (doubelled for rebels) (zeta) If enemy with health immunity is damaged, there is 50% chance that they become exposed. This effect cannot be resisted.

Function & Use "How on earth can HE be a healer?" Well, I tagged him as healer with reason. Check his kit. Then check once more. Got it? No? Ok. Two reasons: no.1 He shuts down enemy healing. no.2 Which is the most common buff, the one which stacks hundred times? Heal Over Time! He dispels hundreds of HoT from enemy and then guess what? He use the dispelled buffs to heal Empire allies. Ergo, he IS a healer. A bit complex, a bit reversed, but still. I think, he would work with Empire Sith hybrid teams the best (most likely with Zader), involving Sidious.
